THE ASK

The client for this project reached out to us to design the piano room for his new home in Greenwich, Connecticut. The ask was for a light and bright room with a traditional French Country influence mixed with a sense of coastal comfort since the home was near the water.

THE SOLVE

We started this room by first deciding on the soothing gray, blue and white palette. We wanted to create that light and bright aesthetic the client was going for, so we chose white French Country furniture and light colored rugs to help maximize natural light from the window. The blue coastal vibe comes in through the accent décor like the pillows that adorn the sofas and built-in window seat, and the blue chinoiserie lamps ties everything together.
